If you’ve already added widgets to your Notification Center, you can drag and drop them onto your desktop. Here’s how to add Mac desktop widgets from the Notification Center:

  1. Click the date and time in the top-right corner of the menu bar (or swipe with two fingers from the right edge of your trackpad) to open the Notification Center.
  2. Drag and drop the widget wherever you’d like to move it from your Notification Center to your desktop.
